General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

All prices are expressed in euros and excluding tax (ex-VAT). Invoices and quotes are issued in France. They can be issued in a currency other than the Euro, applying the exchange rate of the European Central Bank on the day the invoice is issued.

I am exempt from VAT under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Contact Form

The use of the contact form on my website is by no means a binding order. Requests made using my website must be confirmed afterwards. Any order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and is binding from the signing of the quote.

The information collected on this form is recorded and processed for the sole purpose of contacting you, and is kept for one year. Invoicing

Any request for services is fully due upon acceptance of the quote. No cancellation is possible.
Invoices are payable, without discount, upon receipt. In the event of non-payment by its due date, any sum due shall automatically bear interest at one and a half times the legal interest rate.

Disputes

Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to the Commercial Court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris).
